This is a NWT pair of American Eagle Skater shorts in size 4(27W). They are a light wash with distressing on the front and at the hem. They are described as a low rise but on me they fit more like a mid-high rise and a bit baggy. They are 95% cotton. Waist is 16 Length is 17 Inseam is 7 Rise is 14
