NWT American Apparel midi pencil skirt size S

Super sexy and slim! Red is in for Fall and Winter. I think this runs small, please check AA size chart. I have a 25/26" waist and narrow hips and it's snug, although super flattering. Selling because I don't wear fitted skirts anymore. No marks from hanger, has been folded and hung just for these photos. Has tiny frayed threads on the back seams that can probably just be cut off, doesn't affect integrity of thread at all.
