Gorgeous NWT FASHIONNOVA Burgundy Sequin Halter Mini dress, size SMALL. I bought this dress and have never worn it- it just doesn’t fit me right! Even though it is a small it could definitely fit a medium as there is a ton of stretch in the skirt part of the dress. The halter neck pieces have almost no stretch, so I’ve listed measurements below. Laying flat measurements: -Skirt length 20/21 inches NOT ruched -Halter neck pieces/‘straps’ 18/19 inches each to buttons/loops There is a flaw in the sequins near the back tag, the dress came shipped new like that, it’s not from wear or being mishandled.
