New with tags. This was purchased at a sample sale and likely has not been in production. I can’t say one of a kind but I can’t imagine there are many out there! Tag says one size but this fits like a size 2-4. For reference, I am a true size 4 and while I can fit into it, it’s too tight and would better fit a size 2. Skirt is fitted. Length from shoulder to hem is approximately 32-33”. Zip back, beautiful dress. From a clean and non smoking home.
