NWT Alice + Olivia 100% Silk Ruffle Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @acd5793. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I never even wore this… It is gossamer light and made of lustrous silk with gorgeous ruffles… I’d wear it with black leather pants, flared jeans, or black velvet flared pants for the holidays… and pile on chunky gold jewelry! I just literally have too many black silk blouses… It’s beautiful and stored lovingly.
