NWT Alice Moon by mooncollection Floral Dress Under arm to under arm(across chest) is 17” I am 5’2” and the hem falls at my mid knee. Dress is lined. It is 100% polyester. The dress zips up the back. Has a small hook at the back neckline. The baubles at the neckline cannot be removed. If they could be, I haven’t figured out how!
