In new condition with tags attached but with potential flaws. The pleats are separated in a couple of areas. I assume that this is a flaw and not part of the design. These could be tacked down by someone who knows how to sew. Sweetheart neckline and short length. Beautiful silhouette with snatched waist. Hidden zipper back closure and small slit for movement.
