NWT Alcott Cold Shoulder White Button Down. Top size small. This top has an elastic waistband. The sleeves on the side are completely opened from shoulder to cuffs. What ties them together is a tie strip (see picture). There is not a tag specifying material. It looks and feels like cotton with some linen. The top is very flowy, not tapered, very unique. There are two very tiny holes on the back of the shirt next to the collar (see picture), can hardly see them when wearing top. Reduced price. Never been worn.
