@rjconstan I’ve never heard of anything called “air cells” regarding this type of brace. The hand pump is used to inflate the interior panels of the brace.

@rjconstan I just read about it. The “air cells” are not removable; they come already in the boot, housed within the liner that comes inside the outer shell. This is the hand pump that pumps that up to fit which reduces edema. :)

@rjconstan Oh yes if it’s not holding air you probably need the new lining that comes with the outer boot. I’m not sure those are sold separately from the outer boot but if I were you I’d contact the company directly as they may replace/warranty for you.
