NWT A-frame dress very soft cotton fabric with suede like accents

This is a brand new, never worn rock ‘n’ roll, Bohemian, etc. dress with a generous A-frame. It could probably even be worn as maternity. It hangs straight down to fit the body, so, don’t get me wrong it’s not obviously generous, but there’s ample room to hide a bun in the oven, lol. Purchased to wear with boots, but never did. It’s a cotton spandex I guess kind of material. It has give, but it doesn’t cling and it flows. The suede like fabric looks like real suede, but it’s soft, it’s around the V-neck with a tie/lace, and patches at the elbows Reads a size small, but this could easily fit a size medium, and maybe even a large, because of the fabric.
