NWT Absolutely Famous Ruffled Sundress Size S?M

New with tags Absolutely Famous peasant type sundress with scoop neckline Ruffled on sleeves and collar and along bottom, Tag says a small but it is a VERY generous small. However tags say once it is washed it will shrink? I think this will easily fit a medium as well
