NWT ABS by Allen Swartz Black White Polka Dot Halter Dress // Small Petite

Cute halter dress by ABS Allen Schwartz. New with tags, never worn, in very good condition with no stains, holes, or tears. Black polyester knit with white polka dots accented with solid black fabric trim at bustline and on skirt, tie at back..Halter style bodice, elastic at back neck. Zip closure at back waist. Marked as a size Petite (Small Petite). When laid flat, dress measures about 14" across at waist (up to 28" Waist), 18" across at hip (up to 36" hip), and is about 58" long from middle top of halter strap to longest part of bottom hem. For reference, mannequin is a size XS/2 and the dress fits it well.
