NWT. Never worn. Black (jet black but picture looks charcoal due to lighting) sheer with adorable tassels all over front and back. See though. Cute worn with a black bra or black top under. Perfect for fall, but can be worn year round. Also great with jeans for girls night out, dinner dates, and even work when paired with pencil skirt or slacks. Tag lists MSRP as $259.
