NWT $69 Karl Lagerfeld tie-neck blouse

Gorgeous dressy or workwear suiting top from Karl Lagerfeld with sales tags attached. This top would work either black or navy on the bottom as both colors are present along with green and turquoise. I saw a woman wearing this top who had modified it to remove the tie and I personally think it looks better that way and that was my intention. But, I ended up never wearing it all or even removes the tags. My life is just so casual, nothing but jeans and dogs for me! Size S: bust approx 20" flat, length about 25".
