NWT 4th & Reckless Blue Sweater with Tie

Ribbed long sleeve knitted top in baby blue/light blue from 4th & Reckless with a unique tie detail. Size is a UK 16 and the tag says that it's a US XXL. However, it seems that the fit would be more like a US 12/Large so it is listed here as a size Large.
