scchick88 I live in Walnut Creek. If possible to meet and see if the skirt fits I’ll buy it. I see the measurements say 13 inches but that’s kind of confusing to me. My natural waist is 28 inches but I usually wear a size 2 or XS. I’m interested in the white skirt.

theboldbohemian @scchick88 hi! the skirt measures 13 inches across at the waist, so that's the measurement across the top and if it's a little small you can prob get it altered / loosened. Lotus Threads is a bridal brand so it could be bridal size 2, but I'm not entirely sure. Unfortunately I work in Sunnyvale and don't get back until pretty late. From Posh reviews, this brand runs pretty TTS. You could always purchase and reposh if it doesn't fit. Thanks!
