clancek @nessabe1. Wow! I just checked the dress and it does not have the tie! I bought it on POSHMARK and never realized it was missing the tie! It does have a button close which is why I never noticed it. Thanks for the question, I just noted the missing tie in the description. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
