NWT 32 Degrees Base layer legging Small Black

NWT Base layer lightweight leggings from 32 Degrees. Very soft and stretchy material and very comfortable on, just not the waistband type I like and I missed that when I ordered. Black color, would say these are an under layer or base, not thick enough to be leggings on their own. Returns to 32 Degrees have a fee so selling instead.
