NWT 1.state Black skinny Jeans with fringe size 29

I bought these from a store when they were going out of business, in hopes I would fit them one day (that hasn't happened yet lol). The pictures really don't do them justice because they are so cute and fun in person! (Although I have a lot of items for sale, I'm not a full time Posher.
