NWT, 100% silk butterfly sleeve tunic with beading

Beautiful, Hermanny tunic with butterfly sleeves, beaded deep V neckline. There is a tie at the base of the neckline and a tie at the waist. Note: there is a very small run in the fabric at the front bottom of the tunic. I included a picture and my price reflects this minor flaw.
