NWOTs Piper Original Low-Rise Knee Patch Breeches —26R. Sky Blue/Navy, 2” waistband. Color is hard to photograph, looks like a true sky blue vs grey shade (which it kind of looks like in a couple photos.) Bought a year or two ago and tried on once but never worn, there is one tiny fabric pill as pictured on the left leg. Laying flat waist is approx 14”, but including size chart in photos.
