These lady's black,satin-like,pleated,dress slacks are vintage from the 90s,but have never been worn,so they are brand new. They have a "cummerbund" type waist with 3 sparkly,decorative,buttons & slash side pockets. The tag says size 11/12,but vintage runs small,so please see my photo measurements.
