NWOT-Skechers Steering Wheel Cover W/ Memory Foam Rubber liner-24"

I ordered this from Amazon thinking my steering wheel was standard size but either it isn't or they mis- stated the size in the listing. It almost fit my steering wheel but hubby couldn't get it to go on, so my loss is your gain. Please look at the pictures. Dimensions are shown. I have Fibromyalgia and thought this cover would be great since it's soft and cushioned with memory foam. Brand new without the packaging or tags but never used.
