NWOT~Forever 21 Red & Blue Stripe Stretchy Seersucker Mini Sundress Sz Large

This cute summer sundress is mini style and is brand new without tags. By Forever 21, it has red and blue vertical stripes and is done in a stretchy seersucker. There are ruffles at the top neckline and the bottom hem. It is size Large, measures 35” in length from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom hem and 15” across from armpit to armpit when laid flat.
