NWOT:Charlotte Russe 80's looking mini skirt

This is a blue mini skirt with paint splatter like designs in neon colors of orange, pink and a real with black as well. This skirt is supposed to be tight fitting, it is stretchy and has a wide waist band. It reminds me of something Barbie would wear. I bought this skirt and never wore it, I didn't have matching top or shoes for it. This style and color is totally in now. These colors are more badass and should be worn by a bright person who is not afraid of color!
