allinheels @vsnl Hi! The strap is actually a shoulder strap. It hits at the right point when worn on your shoulder (it does for me anyways, I'm 5'5") but it would be way too short as a crossbody bag. The plus side is that because the strap is removable it can be swapped out for a longer one if desired.
