This tank mini dress is simple in design, but has plenty of style. By Wet Seal, it is black with silver sequins throughout in a chevron “V” design. It is done in comfy polyester and is juniors size Large. It measures 33.5” in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. It measures 15” across from armpit to armpit.
