This is a beautiful summer skirt that’s reversible, it’s like having two different skirts. It’s new without tags and in new condition. Never been worn. Comes from a pet free & smoke free environment. The waist is 32 inches and the length is 23 inches. And it has stretch to it. It is size Large but tags have been removed.
