NWOT yellow skirt with gold/copper matte sequins

Size small but had 2 darts created at back for a tiny waist n wide hips at the time of 26 inches which is what it would fit as it now. If you take out both darts , you will have 3 inches more on waist. Each dart is 1.5 inches taken in. No damage nor flaking sequins nor tears nor stains. Well kept n never worn because it was difficult at the time to find a matching tip n heels. This is almost vintage when bold colors didn't exist n cudnt or trendy stuff I'd get up North.
