NWOT women's black and cream, spat (roaring 20's) style heels, size 39(no box)

These shoes I just found in the back of my closet. Never worn (pics) but they do have some imperfections (pics). The last pic is of slight discoloration around the bottom part of the shoe. Not sure if you can make it out in the picture. I love this style but can't wear the height. It has a bow in the front with a small piece of patent leather at the toe. There is a patent leather strip all around the top of the shoe, as an accent. The heel is 3.75". I don't believe it's real leather, possibly man made upper. The shoe doesn't state. NO BOX comes with the shoes.
