NWOT women's Urban Outfitters Hi-Lo sweater, size M

Urban Outfitters hi-lo sweater, size M in a gorgeous shade of blue. It has a fluffy feel to the sweater and has long sleeves so you are not cold this winter. The front is higher than the back for a girly-cutesy look. The collar to me, looks like a mock turtleneck. There is an imperfection on the back sleeve of the sweater which I added a pic. Measurements are shoulder to shoulder 15", P2P 17", shoulder to waist 17" and 18", sleeve length is 32".
