NWOT vintage 90s Y2K Max Studio black and white polka dot striped mini skirt

This skirt has never been worn! The slits in the back are still sewn up! It was purchased in the late 90s or early 2000s. The skirt is unlined, but the fabric is a nice thick boucle skirt. Perfect to pair with tights for work or fancy occasions. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
