NWOT tulip floral print dress

Lightweight dress with pink tulips printed all over. The high neckline ties in the front, with a hidden side zipper for a perfect fit. The side cutouts give it some edge and nice ventilation for the summer heat! Tag says L but fits more like a medium. New without tags, never worn.
