17 1/2-18” waistband closed and lying flat. Seat about 20-21”. 33” inseam. These have never been worn but have a tiny area of minor pilling on the back near waistband that I can only credit to the fact that they were very scrunched together in the closet with all these pants I’m listing. Took a pic.
