Heavyweight spandex with good stretch and DEEP pockets! A perfect skirt for all seasons. Nice thick sturdy waistband can fit from 27” up to 33” or even 34” if you don’t mind it a little snug. The elastic is quite wide and won’t roll down. Skirt is very twirly! It’s such a fun skirt, I’ve simply never worn it and decided it needs to go to someone who will wear it.
