NWOT plaid skort

NWOT Shein black/white/blue plaid skort. Women's size small or 4. High-waisted with side zipper. Waist measures 13" across and length is 14" in front and 15" in the back. Nice lightweight material. Super cute and preppy look, just a little bit too big on me. Never worn only tried on. Would be really great paired with a long sleeve top and thigh-high boots for fall/winter!
