NWOT pirate costume

I bought this costume for a specific event but ended up not going, and the store did not accept returns. I had the costume on for about ten minutes and then placed it back in the bag, so it is essentially new. It is adorable and I would love for someone to get some use from it! Includes dress, hat, and waist cincher. Could use for Halloween or renaissance fair!
