Brand new, no tags. NO LONGER SOLD, 2014 SHIRT THAT HASNT BEEN WORN EVEN ONCE! Mossimo by Target. Paid $21, had to have it..bought wrong size. Wouldn't take it back bc 30 day period for returns... It's really cute, L/Xl fitted and has parrots throughout, with one being in color every so often to really pop on this other wise neutral colored top! Cute find!!
