Easy, adorable navy and white print romper from Love...Ady. Elasticized neckband wears off the shoulder or on, 3/4 length elasticized sleeves push up or not. Thin elasticized band at natural waist and lined shorts. XS fits 0-2, I have a longer torso so potentially 4 too. Never worn, no defects, just don’t know what happened to tags?! Measures 26.5” from neck to bottom, 15” to waist.
