NWOT knitted puppy toddler hat

NWOT knitted puppy hat. Does not have a size, but I think knit would fit a toddler between the ages of 2-4. This is missing one puff ball, as shown in pictures, but I think it was made that way, you could easily add another puff ball all if you like. Smoke free home.
