NWOT hem & thread blouse

This sweet slightly off-white blouse is new without tags, and still has the extra button attached in bag at tag. Embellished with 3 buttons that do NOT open. Lightly striped pattern in cloth & hemmed in dark blue at cuffs. slight flare at cuffs, too! see pictures for details!
