NWOT gorgeous floral dress

So pretty on! I think this is so cute but it's just not really my style. It has a really pretty blue and grey colored flower print throughout the entire dress and has a ribbon to tie it together in the back. It has a ?sticky? plastic line around the top for support to keep it from slipping down and it is really comfortable and flowy with the Chiffon material. It has never been worn but I did remove the tags.
