NWOT forever 21 sequin chiffon mini party dress

I did not want to sell this 😩 but for the life of me I couldn’t fit it no matter how hard I tried. Super cute and flattering for any body type. The sequin portion fits like a mini skirt and has a slip. Zips in the back with cute buttons behind the neck. I love this so much! Keep in mind this will fit apprx a 2/4.
