NWOT cold shoulder top

This super cute cold shoulder top with cut out arms and ties at the shoulders is amazing with white jeans! The colors are vibrant, coral orange and the back detail is so cute. Great for date night! Gotta say if it doesn’t sell, I’m keeping it!. It’s listed as a small but please note the measurements because it runs a little big. Armpit to armpit is 20 inches, across the top stretches from 18 to 27 inches, and the length is about 20 to 21 inches. It is very flowy so a little difficult to measure.Please don’t hesitate to ask for pics of it on.
