NWOT chaps floral dress

Contrasting flowers on a dark background likely to get you noticed. Designed to be form fitting to curves but still classy. 15" bust with ruched 13" waist and 15 at hips. Stretchy forgiving fabric. 38" long Bought for a winter wedding then tried on again closer to the event and it was too big. Tag says small but it's definitely medium sized. Would look great with black heels or booties or maybe heels in one of the flower colors for a pop
