NWOT black striped cotton dress

First pic is a stock photo, second pic is actual dress. Super cute! Never worn, but it came with no tags. It has pockets! Waist is 14” flat, but is elastic. I would say this is a true size Large The hem is asymmetrical, shorter on the sides. Length is about 40”. Neck is round. Would look cute with boots or booties. Smoke free home.
