NWOT new without tags Xhilaration Bohemian mustard yellow maxi skirt with front slit. Lined at the mini length. Smocked elastic stretchy waist. Can be pulled up for high waist or lower to mid rise or even low rise. Size extra small. Could easily fit a woman who is a size small. Probably could even fit a medium. Comfortable. Beautiful. More golden/orangey than my pictures showcase. Perfect for summer! Can be dressed up or down! Versatile and timeless! I purchased this from Target 5 years ago. Only tried on once. Never worn. My reason for selling this item: I bought 2 of these skirts in different colors.
