New without tags Romwe drawstring sweatpants. Only tried on and bought online so there weren't tags. Elastic waist, fitted hems. 65% cotton, 35% polyester I thought these were going to be the jogger style but they're wider or looser, but it might be because of the size. Measured flat across, approximately- Waist: 14 inches Hips: 19" Inseam: 26"
