NWOT, XL blue w/ kitty face tunic top

This is a NWOT XL tunic top by JFN. This top is a light blu color all over except the print of the cat which is white. The length of this top is 32 inches, ptp is approximately 18 inches. I bought this top for myself and I took the tags off because it is an XL so I thought it would be fine. So it fits like an L/XL through the body but was too tight for chest area. Great for fall & winter, is very soft inside & out.
