NWOT XL WHBM chain detail a-line tank w/adjustable straps

NWOT XL WHBM black, chain detail, a-line tank w/adjustable straps. Tag is cut out as I was planning to wear this but never did. Inside tag still attached. XL chain at neckline tank is beautifully draped and flowy, so soft on the skin with slight stretch. See tag for details. This top is not double layered as it is not see through but fabric has some weight to it. New condition-never worn. No tears, stains etc. Measures- 19” pit to pit laying flat 20.5” top back edge of tank to bottom hem Straps not measured as they are adjustable 32” approx across bottom edge hem
